A standout piece from Jun Takahashi’s cult-followed Spring/Summer 2003 “Scab” collection, this 6-panel cap captures the anarchic, deconstructed essence of early 2000s Undercover. The crown features a dense array of hand-sewn multicolor fabric patches in varying textures, purposely frayed and irregular to channel DIY punk sensibilities.

The brim features tonal embroidered graphics that blend into the black base, while the underside reveals a striking contrast in color and pattern—reminiscent of the season’s heavy use of outsider art and asymmetry.
